Story
Ábel is a high school student who has trouble concentrating on his high school exams while he is hopelessly in love with his best friend, Janka.
Most of the actors are friends, students or teachers of the writer-director, Gábor Reisz
crew.
This film was complete garbage, it doesn’t know what it wants to be, and honestly it makes no sense
– I say this as a Hungarian, but there were a few scenes in it that, well, finally something happens, but the director decided to leave these threads as they are, without continuing them.
After I left the theater, I felt like I had been robbed – not only in terms of money, but also in terms of time
This poorly written script could have been made into a film in less than an hour, but the slow, tragically bad acting often leads to painfully long dialogues and scenes, and I think this is a perfect example of how not to make a movie.
1/10 (I would honestly give it a 0)
There was potential, they could have made some kind of comparison to the socialist regime change of the past, but the terrible director let that thread disappear into thin air.
