Story
Raised in the Amazon rainforest, Autumn encounters the rarest of friendships – she discovers a lost jaguar cub named Hope. When a tragic event forces Autumn to leave Hope behind for the unknown of New York, she spends years dreaming of returning to the rainforest and her friend. At the age of 14, Autumn, accustomed to city life, discovers that her childhood village is under threat from animal smugglers and decides she must return to the Amazon with her beloved jaguar. Anya (Emily Beth Rickards), Autumn’s delightfully clumsy biology teacher, tries unsuccessfully to talk her out of this reckless plan. Anya joins Autumn to reunite with Hope and save her from those who want to destroy the rainforest and its wildlife.
